Inspired by the memories of childhood fun. I can never recall my grandad telling us off, only the his laughter. The same was true for my own children. I realised as an adult his laughter was the very thing that stopped over excitement, so things always ended on a good night.
The bouquet is full, texture plenty, the florals loosely painted, with little sprinkles of colour. I like to see it as a melting pot of play fighting and laughter. The large glass vase my grandads joy and laughter whilst we played.
